For returns within the USA, a return shipping label will be generated and emailed after entering the order number and email address on their website. The items should be placed back in the package, the shipping label attached to the outside, and then dropped off at the nearest Post Office. Please remember to keep the tracking number. Allow up to 14 business days from the receipt of the return to be processed and the refund or exchange processed.
